30-Day Return Policy

At Ariana, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or any signs of use.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style due to personal preference, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@iconariana.com on the same day your package is delivered.

Your email should include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

The item must not have been worn, washed, or used.

Once approved, Ariana will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Have been worn or washed.

  • Show stains, odors, perfume, makeup, or any signs of use.

  • Are returned without their original tags.

  • Are damaged after delivery due to misuse.

  • Are returned after the 30-day return period.
